Processing & Shipping Time
- All orders are processed within same day for orders placed before 4:00 PM UAE time.
- Delivery within the UAE takes 1–2 business days after processing.
Delivery Methods
- We use trusted local courier services to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely.
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: AED 50 (1–2 days delivery)
- Free Shipping: On orders over AED 100
Order Cut-off Time
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM are shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Exceptions
- Delivery times may be affected by public holidays or extreme weather conditions.
- In the rare event of a delay, we will notify you immediately and provide an updated delivery time.
Address Changes
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.
- Changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
